Why do I need to replace FedRelay Interpreting with MAIG Interpreting?
With the expiration of the FedRelay contract, agencies need a new trusted source in place of their FedRelay Interpreting (Video Remote Interpreting) services to foster an inclusive work environment for consumers who are Deaf and hard of hearing (D/HH). MAIG can provide Interpreting which is no longer covered by GSA and will not be covered by FCC. MAIG can provide these services through our approved GSA MAS schedule or a direct 8(a) award.
